BACP accreditedMBACP (Accred) · no. 401198I'm Ben, a BACP accredited counsellor.
I came to therapy personally after reaching a point where my life felt out of control and no longer made sense. Therapy allowed me to find a way forward and to write a new, brighter future for myself.
I hope that is the kind of change I can support you to achieve. My approach is calm, collaborative and focused on helping you make sense of difficult experiences, at your pace.

Particular experience in four areas
I've also supported people through depression, identity questions, anger, relationship difficulties and trauma.

Ben is a remarkably warm, approachable and switched-on therapist. He has a way of making you feel at ease, yet is there to steer you firmly through the most difficult of times. With unending patience and openness, he helped me to completely change my relationship with my thoughts. I couldn't recommend him more.
Ben’s patient, caring, and warm nature make for the perfect environment to open up about difficult topics. From the first session I not only felt heard, but was able to go away and start implementing practical changes to start approaching my problems differently. I look forward to every session, and always leave fee…
